No stop after large G of D.G
Rev. Large G'g in MAG & REGINA
No stops visible between HIB REX ET and very faint after FR.
Date: 4 over 3 - not very clear as the 4 is poor struck but the top loop of the 3 is clearly visible above the top of the 4.
The heads have been struck with a very pitted (rusty) die !
