Obv. Nice clean looking note. Appears flat without creases.
When held to the light trace of crease from 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock.
Rev. Slightly dirty mark, 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock from the note having been creased.
A purple bank handstamp at top right corner – Lloyds Bank Ltd – 16 Sep. 1955
Hammersmith. When held to light an additional crease from 9 to 3 o’clock.
Therefore at some stage the note had been folded in 4.
Otherwise the note is reasonably clean with no tears or nicks.
