1887 Halfcrown - Jubilee head (2nd issue - 1st type) - Obverse 1

Two strong lines beneath the crown to the ermine seat

The shape of the ermine above her head is partly upright

3 ¾ to 4 pearls in centre arch - from cross to top orb (The lowest pearl is slightly cut at the base)

1887 Halfcrown - Jubilee head (2nd issue - 2nd type) - Obverse 2

ONE strong line and a thin line both above and below the strong line beneath the crown to ermine seat

The shape of the ermine above her head is wavy and horizontal rather than upright

Only 3 pearls in centre arch - from cross to top orb

The front cross is angled more downward and forward than on (type 1)

1889 Halfcrown - Jubilee head (2nd issue - 3rd type) - Obverse 3

Similar to obverse (1st type) with  Two strong lines beneath the crown to ermine.

But like obverse (type 2) there are only 3 pearls in centre arch - from cross to top orb

The front cross is angled more downward and forward than on (type 1) - as per (type 2)

The orb at the top of the crown slightly smaller than on (type 1 & type 2)

The ermine seat at the front end of the crown extends higher up to the two lines

The shape of the ermine is slightly wavy as per (type 2) but different

The fleur de lis are slightly taller than (type 1 or type 2)

There are probably other difference but these are the most obvious
