Pennies struck from 1961 to 1967

can tone and discolour very easily

due to the change in metal composition.

Most of our coins graded AU95, AU85-90

& AU75-85 come from Mint sealed bags.

Over 90% of these coins we grade at

AU85-90

Very occasionally a coin can be better than

normal and these we grade at AU95

Some have streaky lustre, etc.

and are graded down to AU75-85

~~~~~~~~~~
MOST people will not be able to notice the
difference between the AU95 & AU85-90
Also now that they are exposed to the air
the AU95 could easily become AU85-90's !
